Public parks and greenspaces are essential for public health, stress relief, living quality and air filtering. AI can help managing the connection between multiple urban factors.
The Goal of the project was a easy to use app and web-based program for planning urban greenspaces with AI-assisted tools.
DEWIBO is a community-based ecosystem that combines design knowledge with practice and social entrepreneurship.
Core values are openness, fairness, cultural agility and generational sensitivity.

The dedicated mobile app is intended to be usable by city residents and use gamification principles to turn park maintenance into a motivating task.
The responsive website serves as a planning tool for urban planners and municipalities, which can process data with AI, develop generative proposals and simplify complex data.

I conducted deep research into landscape design and urban planning, enabled by my background as a public designer.
Based on the data sets provided by real time measurements, AI can assist in the planning with grounded suggestions in the planning process.
Green space usage increases the quality of life in urban environments. Maintaining the space can enable citizen without access to gardens to care for the space they use.

Using Personas, I created user journeys to define different scenarios and daily schedules of possible end users.
Various Personas, with different age groups, vision deficiencies and motivations helped to understand, how people move with public transit.

The design of the Information Architecture draws inspiration from planning and 3D modeling software and websites such as Figma, Rhino 7, and Vectorworks.
To manage the array of tools, a Top Bar and two Side Bars with distinct functionalities were implemented.
Subsequently, employing the "graceful degradation" process facilitated the removal of elements for lower complexities to optimize the interface for mobile and tablet usage.

I started with paper wireframes to map out the visual hierarchy and CTAs, while implementing the knowledge from the research.
